Pet Policy:
Alderwood at the Lake accepts a maximum of two pets per apartment, dogs are welcome however breed restrictions apply . There is a $300 ($200 non-refundable) deposit for one pet and a $500 ($300 non- refundable) deposit for the second pet plus a $10 per pet monthly pet rent.
